The Brief

While in the latter stages of thier product development roadmap, TalkHSE wanted to launch in order to test market traction and to solidify their ICP. The Founder did not want to hire internally or work with lower value lead generation farms.

Our Solution

For TalkHSE, we deployed a dedicated BDR alongside our CORE GTM Motion to build a consistent and scalable outbound pipeline. Using insights from our Intelligence Engine, we continuously refined targeting, messaging, and ICP focus month-by-month to improve engagement, increase meeting quality, and maximise campaign performance over time.

The Results

With a large TAM, we started with smaller and then increased headcount, until we isolated the perfect job titles, company sizes and sectors for this offering. The engagement now sits at a 28% conversion rate from meaningful conversions to booked demos and TalkHSE is one of Pipeline's longest client relationships.
