The Brief
Epaton began working with Pipeline in order to take Immutably, a category-defining disaster recovery solution to market. Epaton had some internal sales execs, but did not want to take HR risk by hiring more headcount. Pipeline was tasked with securing new qualified commercial opportunities in with public sector organisations.
Our Solution
We initiated our CORE GTM Motion supported by 2 dedicated BDRs to maximise market coverage and outbound activity. This allowed us to scale outreach across multiple target segments simultaneously, increase pipeline velocity, and maintain consistent engagement with high-value prospects throughout the campaign.
The Results
Following a slower start which required the Pipeline Team to establish how exactly to earn the conversations with the economic buyers at prospective organsiations, we hit productivity in Month 2 and continue to deliver 2-3 qualified demos per week for this client.
